Job Detials
Senior Financial Analyst Job Description & Profile: • Provides management with strategic tools and reports to drive business results : sales , profitability , Actual VS forecast , working capital analysis , narrative analysis etc • Extracts financial data from various accounting and information systems. • Develops Financial Reports for upper management and proceeds data analysis. • This would involve your monthly, quarterly cycles of estimates vs budgets, cost savings and analysis, benchmarking, plant visits and industrial budgets, provisional P&L, negotiation with various parties, various forecasting, projects leadership and initiation, internal and external communication. Essential Job Functions: • Assists in monthly and yearly closing and controls financial transactions. • Works with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. • Assists in implementing accounting procedures. • Submits accurately and on time monthly reports as requested by BSA. • Prepares and develops various reports and analyses on a monthly basis for upper management. • Uses various software applications such as spreadsheets, Business Objects, Orion, etc.. to assemble , manipulate and generate all requested financial reports. • Analyzes financial data (compare versus last year, last month and forecast) and highlights to management any variation. Profile, skills: • University education BA or MBA Finance &/or accounting. CPA is a plus. • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably with an FMCG experience • Mastery of English is a must. French is a plus. • Highly computerized with proven experience in software financial applications. • High sense of planning and organization. • Detail oriented. Result driven. • A good leader especially when it comes to managing his people • Meticulous and high analytical capabilities • Lives by and promotes company procedures and values • highly ethical and transparent • Age bracket: 28-35 years old.
