A multinational bank is currently seeking to hire a number of IT professionals to ensure a successful operation of its system within Egypt and North Africa region

Currently seeking to hire:
Data Voice Support Team Leader

Purpose of the role:
Reporting to a IT Service Support & Infrastructure Team Leader, The jobholder is responsible for Branches networks implementation in addition to the development and day to day support of the IT Infrastructure Support team.

Skills required undertaking the role:
• Certified CCNA Voice is essential, CCVP preferable.
• Broad knowledge of call manager V6 and Cisco Unity.
• In-depth knowledge of VIOP protocols, H323, MGCP.
• PSTN lines ( analog and digital ).
• TCP/IP suite of protocols.
• Broad knowledge of IT Service Management and Control Techniques (ITIL-Service Management essentials).
• Understanding of IT cabling techniques and telecom Equipments (DSL, NTU, Routers, Switches, Modems, PBX, …etc)
• Brief Knowledge about Cisco Routers, Switches and Cisco VIOP.
• Satellite Communications/Data communications.
• An understanding of other data communication and document processing technologies and systems and their integration with Information Systems.
• People Management and Supervision skills.
• At least 3 years working experience in Cisco unified communications environment and TCP/IP in a LAN/WAN environment, Network Cabling and design.
• Experience of communicating with Senior Management.

Task Assignments:
• To ensure all current IT infrastructure components are operating effectively, thereby providing the highest level of system availability and performance of infrastructure components that include; data communications equipment and networks through measurement and proactive initiatives.
• To ensure infrastructure faults are resolved within the prescribed SLA times.
• To follow up implementation and installation of Networks, Operating systems and communication equipment within the bank in liaison with third party service providers.
• To ensure Change Management procedures are adhered to when installing or upgrading hardware, system software, ATMs and communications equipment.
• To ensure all network security, data integrity and regulatory procedures are adhered to.
• Provide a high-level of technical expertise to resolve major complex live business problems.
• To ensure Information security procedures and guidelines are implemented as prescribed by Group Information Security.
